RAISED FLOORS
All office space will be equipped by an 11 cm high raised floor, which offers the possibility of flexible layouts and easy access for cable distribution systems. The type of raised floor is also designed with respect to acoustic conditions.The office premises have been designed with a planning grid of 1.5 m in order to provide optimum subdivision of the floor either for open plan or cellular office space.
BUILDING MANAGEMENT AND CONTROL SYSTEM (BMS)
The central BMS system monitors and controls all the technological aspects of the buildings, including heating, chilled water, ventilation, and public health services.It also manages and monitors the fire alarm system, security and access systems, lifts, transformer station, diesel generator, etc. Individual systems retain their own autonomy, but all information is collated back to BMS control room located on the ground floor. As well as reading the main gas, electric and water meters, it also keeps individual records for all tenant’s meters in a clear graphic format, copies of which will be readily available. Repeater stations in each of the three main receptions will be able to access all current data, at a level to be agreed with the tenants.
TELECOMMUNICATIONS AND TV SYSTEMS
In addition to the standard CZECH TELECOM optical cables being brought into the building, there shall be two additional data providers – GTS, PRAGONET, CZECH TELECOM with their own optical cables 30GB from different directions for 100% backup. Data providers CESKE RADIOKOMUNIKACE (system BLUETONE), ALIATEL, EUROTEL will be present in the building as well via a dish aerials located on the highest point of the building. Cable TV provider UPC shall be available in the building via the wireless connection of BLUETONE.Provision shall be made for tenants to install their own private communication equipment on the roofs, i.e. for radio masts and dish aerials, and for running their cables in the ELV risers.
