The project is managed by Lordship´s internal professional management team,who specialize in managing the construction of high quality buildings.
LORDSHIP controls the Project on a Design and Build Contract basis with PORR&SWIETELSKY stavební v.o.s. who is the General Contractor. This company employs AG STUDIO as the Head Designer of all execution drawings. Other cooperative design companies involved in the Project are:
LORDSHIP cooperates with experts working for KLOKNERŮV ÚSTAV and ČVUT in respect to the extremely complicated structural solution bridging the Metro tunnel (positioned app. 2 metres bellow ground floor) by means of prefabricated arches combined with various post tensioned structural elements.
In order to keep all financial resources and fiscal matters under control LORDSHIP employs the experienced company EC HARRIS company as the Cost Consultant.
To create a very modern image of the building yet not to lose the image of Prague, LORDSHIP cooperates with the architectural studio of CHAPMAN TAYLOR INTERNATIONAL for the architectural and conceptual design of the façade, receptions, lifts, staircases, toilets and other parts.
